Job summary

Elevance Health is seeking an Initiative Project Leader for the Payment Integrity Product to drive end-to-end process improvements and standardization. Ideal candidates bring 8+ years of operations leadership, strong executive communication, and experience shaping enterprise roadmaps, budgets, and release plans.

Qualifications

• Requires a BA/BS degree and 8+ years in an operations environment including leading large enterprise projects.
• Experience in chief of staff, executive business partner, enterprise strategy, business operations, portfolio management, or transformation leadership preferred.
• Exceptional executive communication and storytelling skills with ability to translate complex information into clear updates and value propositions.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a thought leader to improve end-to-end processes with providers, members, and internal users in mind.
• Connects critical dots across matrixed organizations and across Payment Integrity portfolio.
• Leads strategic initiatives from assessment through implementation with governance and controls.
• Builds consensus across functions, conducts root cause analysis, identifies trends, and defines best practices.
• Creates visibility into priorities, budgets, capacity, release schedules, risks, and dependencies for leadership decisions.
• Plans and manages rhythm of business including leadership reviews, all-hands, newsletters, release notes, and follow-up actions.
• Articulates priorities, roadmap status, risks, decisions, and results for executive and operational audiences.
• Maintains an end-to-end Payment Integrity roadmap to focus on high-value work.
