Elevance Health is seeking an Initiative Project Leader for the Payment Integrity Product to analyze and drive opportunities to standardize processes, reduce waste, and improve end-to-end workflows. The role strengthens operating strategy, roadmap visibility, and cross-organizational alignment across Payment Integrity and enterprise partners.

Competenze

• Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field and a minimum of 8 years of professional experience in an operations environment including 7 years of leading and directing large enterprise-wide projects.

• Acts as a thought leader for end-to-end process improvements across providers, members, and internal end-users.
• Connects dots across matrixed organizations and the Payment Integrity portfolio.
• Leads strategic initiatives from assessment through implementation with strong governance and controls.
