Elevance Health is seeking an Initiative Project Leader for Payment Integrity to analyze, standardize, and drive end-to-end process improvements. The role strengthens operating strategy, roadmap visibility, and cross-organizational alignment across Payment Integrity and enterprise partners.

The position leads strategic initiatives from assessment through implementation, shaping governance, priorities, and performance reporting for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a related field required.
• 8+ years of operations or project leadership experience, including enterprise-scale programs.
• Strong executive communication and storytelling skills.
• Experience planning enterprise roadmaps, capacity plans, budgets, and executive-level status reporting.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a thought leader to improve end-to-end processes with providers, members, and end-users in mind.
• Connects dots across matrixed organizations and payment integrity portfolio.
• Leads strategic initiatives from assessment through implementation with governance and controls.
• Builds consensus, leads root-cause analysis, and defines best practices across functions.
• Creates visibility into priorities, budgets, capacity, release schedules, risks and dependencies for leadership decision-making.
• Plans and manages rhythm of business, including leadership reviews, all-hands meetings, and release notes.
• Articulates priorities, roadmap status, risks, decisions, and results for executive audiences.
• Maintains an end-to-end payment integrity roadmap to optimize resources and high-value work.
