Elevance Health seeks an Initiative Project Leader for Payment Integrity to analyze and drive opportunities to standardize end-to-end processes, and to transform payment integrity solutions that improve member, provider and end-user experiences.

The role strengthens operating strategy, roadmap visibility, and cross-organizational alignment across the Payment Integrity portfolio and enterprise partners. Hybrid in-person collaboration is required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a related field and a minimum of 8 years of professional experience in an operations environment including 7 years leading large enterprise projects.

Responsabilités

• Analyze, determine and drive opportunities to standardize and improve end-to-end processes.
• Strengthen operating strategy, roadmap visibility, and alignment across Payment Integrity and enterprise partners.
• Lead strategic initiatives from assessment through implementation with clear controls for sustainability.
• Create alignment across matrixed organizations and prioritize high-value work.
