Job summary

National Beverage Corp. is seeking a strategic, commercially driven Vice President, Ingredient Purchasing to lead procurement, supplier management, and supply planning for all beverage ingredients.

This executive role focuses on sourcing strategies, supplier negotiations, and risk management across HFCS, concentrates, sweeteners, acids, flavors, colorants, and CO₂. The position requires deep knowledge of the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as business, supply chain, or finance.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive ingredient purchasing and strategic sourcing experience.
• 8+ years of leadership overseeing procurement or supply chain teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for beverage ingredient categories.
• Lead supplier selection, RFPs, and contract negotiations to optimize total delivered cost.
• Manage supplier relationships, risk, and performance with scorecards and reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align demand planning and budgeting.
• Drive continuous improvement in cost, service, and quality across ingredient categories.
