Harvest Hill Beverage Company is seeking a Senior Procurement Manager to lead ingredients sourcing (flavors, juices, colors) and manage supplier partnerships from Stamford, CT. You will drive cost efficiency, quality, and supply continuity by partnering with internal teams and suppliers.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of purchasing or procurement experience, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and a track record of delivering cost savings in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of purchasing or procurement experience.
• Experience sourcing ingredients (flavors, juices, colors) preferred.
• Knowledge of procurement processes including sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier management.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with ability to interpret market trends.

Responsibilities

• Monitor ingredients markets and provide insights on pricing and supply conditions.
• Lead sourcing events (RFIs, RFQs, RFPs) and negotiate pricing/terms.
• Manage supplier relationships and performance; drive cost savings.
• Ensure supply continuity and mitigate supply risks with contingency plans.
• Maintain supplier contracts, pricing agreements, and compliance documentation.
