Job summary

Vibrant Ingredients seeks an accomplished Strategic Sourcing Manager to lead enterprise-wide sourcing for ingredients and packaging. You will drive cost efficiencies, ensure supply continuity, and partner with R&D, Quality, Ops, and Finance to deliver strategic supplier value.

The role requires strong category management, negotiation capabilities, and global supplier network experience, with a focus on food and beverage ingredients and packaging materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Admin, Economics, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Advanced degree preferred but not required; strong procurement background.
• Experience with global supplier networks and complex contract negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category sourcing strategies for ingredients and packaging.
• Lead negotiations for long-term supply agreements and multi-year contracts.
• Collaborate with R&D, Quality, and Ops to qualify new materials and suppliers.
• Drive cost efficiencies, supplier risk management, and continuous improvement.
• Manage SRM relationships with key suppliers and cross-functional teams.
