Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects is seeking a proposal management professional to lead end-to-end responses to RFx, ensuring brand alignment and compliance while coordinating with technical teams.

The role requires coordinating pursuit schedules, conducting kickoff meetings, and shaping win strategies to help Accenture win complex public infrastructure projects and advance our mission to deliver smarter, safer, and more sustainable projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in pursuit management.
• At least 6 years in proposal management within AEC or professional services.
• Proficient with MS Office; InDesign preferred; Photoshop/Illustrator knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of RFx responses and related marketing assets with brand alignment and compliance.
• Manage multiple pursuits, prioritize deadlines, and make decisions under pressure.
• Review solicitation documents for compliance, requirements, and deadlines.
