Job summary

val's services in the United States seeks an experienced leader to guide complex infrastructure advisory projects for transit and public infrastructure clients. You will drive operations optimization, asset management, organizational transformation, and technology implementation in a collaborative, high-impact environment.

As a trusted advisor, you will mentor teams, expand business development, and shape enterprise solutions such as IBM Maximo and other asset management platforms.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of experience in critical infrastructure sectors (rail, transit, utilities, or public sector).
• Bachelor’s degree is required; a master’s or postgraduate degree is preferred.
• Deep knowledge of rail/transit operations, asset maintenance, lifecycle management, and business process re-engineering.
• Experience with large-scale consulting, technology-enabled transformations, and Asset Management platforms such as IBM Maximo, Infor, or ServiceNow.
• Understanding of asset management standards (ISO 55001) and professional memberships (IAM, RAMP).
• Excellent communication skills with ability to influence C-suite and senior stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel; authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex infrastructure advisory projects and act as a trusted advisor to executive-level clients.
• Drive business development and expand the advisory practice through new opportunities.
• Design and deploy asset management frameworks, governance structures, and enterprise technology solutions.
• Develop and mentor high-performing teams via recruitment, coaching, and training.
• Contribute to industry thought leadership through client engagement, publications, and conferences.
• Uphold professional integrity and foster a respectful, diverse work environment.
