Job description

This role is for a Senior Associate in Customer & Operations within the Advisory practice, focusing on supporting large-scale public sector and government projects.

Responsibilities include

• delivering complex transportation and enterprise asset management solutions, particularly using IBM Maximo and Octave Attune
• executing industry-specific methodologies, managing project risks, budgets, and deliverables
• maintaining relationships with government management and commercial partners to identify new business opportunities
• evaluating project technical aspects and ensuring proper development methods, risk management, and organizational change
• collaborating with client teams, asset managers, and technical staff

Qualifications

include at least three years of management consulting experience in the public sector, expertise in large-scale application design, and a background in transportation systems, especially IBM Maximo. A relevant technical degree and certifications in Enterprise Asset Management are preferred. Candidates should have enterprise architecture experience, knowledge of transportation infrastructure, and the ability to travel up to 50%. Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship is required.
