Job summary

val's services seeks a Senior Associate in Infrastructure Project Advisory (Strategy & Technology) to support infrastructure, asset management, operations, and technology strategy for public and private clients.

The role delivers infrastructure advisory engagements, contributes to proposals, and assists with implementing enterprise asset management and risk management technologies, including requirements definition, testing, and configuration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, finance, planning, computer science, or related field is required.
• Three+ years of experience in infrastructure, asset management, or technical consulting is required.
• Knowledge of rail/transit maintenance, asset lifecycle, or public infrastructure business models is desirable.
• Experience with technology deployment: business process mapping, system requirements, databases, and EAM systems (IBM Maximo a plus).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and technical reporting skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver infrastructure advisory engagements, including client workshops and requirements gathering.
• Contribute to proposals, presentations, and business development efforts.
• Assist with implementing enterprise asset management and risk management technologies, including requirements definition, testing, and configuration.
• Develop governance documentation, SOPs, policies, process maps, and analytical insights to support organizational transformation.
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality client outcomes.
• Uphold professionalism, integrity, and a respectful work environment.
