Qualifications

This role is responsible for supporting infrastructure project advisory services with a focus on strategy and technology.

Key duties include leading client workshops, gathering requirements, assisting with technology implementation, and developing governance documents to facilitate organizational transformation.

The position involves mentoring junior team members and collaborating across multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications include a minimum of three years' experience in infrastructure, asset management, or technical consulting, along with a bachelor's degree in engineering, business, finance, or related fields.

Strong knowledge of rail/transit operations, asset lifecycle, and experience with technology deployment such as business process mapping and EAM systems (preferably IBM Maximo) are essential.

Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are required, alongside the ability to manage large datasets and produce technical reports.

Interest in professional societies and willingness to travel are preferred. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
