Job summary
U.S. Bank is seeking a strategic and visionary infrastructure leader to guide mission-critical platforms, ensuring availability, security, and long-term sustainability across enterprise systems.
The role demands a hands-on, cross-functional approach to drive modernization and reliability at scale. You will define roadmaps for HP NonStop and Stratus, lead resiliency programs, mentor engineers, and partner with infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, and operations teams to optimize performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years delivering software-based solutions in enterprise infrastructure.
- Experience with HP NonStop, Stratus, or mainframe systems.
- Proven leadership in strategy, modernization, and resiliency.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic roadmap for HP NonStop and Stratus platforms.
- Lead production operations, incident and problem management, and RCA.
- Oversee hardware refreshes, OS upgrades, capacity expansions, and tech debt reduction.
- Present platform health metrics and investment recommendations to senior leadership.
