Qualifications

• BS degree in Computer Science, Operations Research, or other technical field or relevant practical experience.
• 8+ years of engineering work experience, including 3+ years of hands-on engineering people-management.
• Experience recruiting, developing, and leading technical teams.
• Experience managing relationships with executive level partners or customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a high-performing capacity planning team.
• Develop data-driven capacity plans balancing service, infrastructure, financial, and business constraints.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners across software, data centers, network, finance and planning.
• Engage with executive stakeholders to assess scenarios and inform strategic investments.
• Hire, mentor, and retain top engineering talent to sustain growth.
