Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/CE or equivalent.
• 10+ years in Performance, Capacity, or software engineering.
• Proficient in Python, C++, or other coding languages and designing large scale software systems.
• Experience leading large engineering projects and initiatives; inspires teams.

Responsibilities

• Own infrastructure capacity planning for all Meta services and plans for scaling resources.
• Lead engineering efforts and collaborate with cross-functional teams across hardware, software, and business.
• Design and help build scalable software systems connecting business strategy with technical execution.
• Mentor engineers and drive change toward software-driven, ROI-focused capacity planning.
