CVS Health in Massachusetts is seeking a senior manager to own the Epic and clinical informatics program strategy. You will build multi-year roadmaps, align vendor plans, and manage budgeting and risks across Medical, IT, Privacy, Legal, and Compliance teams.

You will translate business requests into clear requirements, drive use-case development, and partner with IT to deliver high-quality, safe healthcare technology solutions. Strong leadership and budgeting experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of related experience in healthcare, strategy, finance, or healthcare IT/informatics.
• Experience supporting or working with an Epic (EHR) and/or healthcare delivery settings.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic roadmaps for the Epic and clinical informatics portfolio.
• Review Epic roadmaps and upcoming features to assess applicability and fit.
• Identify and mitigate project and program risks early, engaging cross-functional partners.
