Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an IT Senior Manager of Application Development to lead Epic-based initiatives across clinical and business teams. You will align requirements, plan projects, and ensure quality standards while managing vendor relationships and budgets.

You will drive analysis of current state processes, define future state workflows, and oversee testing, documentation, and deployment in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of related experience.
• Two or more Epic Certifications: Ambulatory with Healthy Planet, or Healthy Planet with Beacon/Willow/Prelude/Cadence/Resolute/ others.
• Bachelor's degree is required or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Create and fulfill EHR use cases and translate requirements to technical specs.
• Lead documentation for discovery and implementation.
• Define future state workflows and ensure clear requirements.
• Coordinate with Project Managers on tasks and estimates.
• Support vendor upgrades and environment maintenance.
