Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking an IT Development Senior Manager to lead Epic applications and project teams. You’ll translate clinical and business requirements into technical specs, oversee documentation, and drive quality in a fast‑growing healthcare IT environment.

You will coordinate with providers, PMs, SMEs, and vendors to deliver future state workflows, risk analyses, and testing. A bachelor's degree and Epic certifications are required.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of related experience.
• Previous management experience is required.
• Two or more Epic Certifications from the listed options.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Create and fulfill EHR use cases and translate requirements to technical specs.
• Lead discovery and implementation documentation.
• Define future state workflows and ensure clear requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers on tasks and estimates.
• Analyze current state processes with clinical users to design future state.
• Document process and data gaps; develop impact analyses.
• Produce deliverables: Use Cases, BRD, technical specs, scope, tests.
