Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree and 1+ years of relevant experience, or Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrated relationship-management and customer-service skills, including ability to develop and grow professional relationships with external organizations.
• Strong presentation and public-speaking skills, with ability to represent the university professionally in meetings, events, and external-facing settings.
• Demonstrated organizational and project-management skills, including ability to manage multiple employer relationships, projects, events, priorities, and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Meets and communicates regularly with employers and community partners, educating on engagement, recruit and hire students at UNF.
• Works with the UNF Industry Engagement team to communicate employer needs across colleges and industries.
• Oversees relationships of employer partners in dedicated industry fields, partnering with colleges and student organizations to ensure opportunities are widely available.
• Tracks hiring performance of employer partners and develops strategies to meet their hiring needs.
• Creates customized employer recruiting plans fitting individual needs of highly engaged employer partners.
• Advises potential employers on recruiting strategies to build their on-campus presence and engagement.
• Oversees employer events and campus recruiting activities such as networking events and career fairs.
• Engages with Student Engagement and professional organizations to promote recruiting events and opportunities for students and alumni.
• Develops and implements policies related to Career Services functions.
