You will collaborate with colleges, campus partners, and student organizations to ensure employer needs are met while delivering exceptional service and measurable engagement across campus events.

Responsibilities

• Meets and communicates regularly with employers and partners to educate on effective engagement, recruitment, and hiring.
• Communicates employer needs across colleges and industries with the Industry Engagement team.
• Oversees employer relationships in dedicated industry fields with colleges and student organizations.
• Tracks hiring performance of employer partners and develops strategies to maintain satisfaction and service quality.
• Creates recruitment plans and expands industry presence across UNF programs and stakeholders.
• Identifies ways to integrate industry into college programs and curricula for mutual benefit.
• Develops customized employer recruiting plans to fit partner needs and increases campus engagement.
• Advises employers on recruiting strategies to build on-campus presence and engagement.
• Oversees successful execution of employer events and activities including career fairs.
