Job summary

University of North Florida seeks an Industry Engagement Manager to create, grow, and manage relationships with industry partners for on-campus recruiting and career opportunities for students and alumni. You will work with the Industry Engagement team to align employer needs with UNF programs and campus resources.

Responsibilities

• Meets and communicates regularly with employers and community partners, educating on ways to effectively engage, recruit and hire students at the University of North Florida.
• Oversees the relationships of employer partners in dedicated industry fields, partnering with colleges, campus partners and student organizations to ensure that employment opportunities are made widely available for students.
• Establish customized employer recruiting plans fitting the individual needs of highly engaged employer partners.
• Develops and implements policies related to functions in Career Services.
• Attends and presents at regional and national conferences as funds allow.
