Job summary

University of North Florida, based in Jacksonville, seeks an Industry Engagement Manager to build and manage partnerships with industry partners and drive recruiting opportunities for UNF students and alumni.

You will collaborate with the Industry Engagement team and colleges to align employer needs with campus programs, while maintaining exceptional customer service and expansive on-campus engagement.

Qualifications

• Master's and 1+ years of relevant experience or Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Meets and communicates regularly with employers and community partners, educating on engaging, recruiting and hiring UNF students.
• Collaborates with colleges and industry partners to align employer needs with campus programs.
• Oversees relationships with employer partners in designated industry fields and drives opportunities for students.
• Tracks hiring performance and maintains high employer satisfaction and excellent customer service.
• Develops goals to increase recruiting presence across UNF programs and industry sectors.
• Partners with college leadership to integrate industry into curricula, programs and student activities.
• Creates customized employer recruiting plans and grows engagement opportunities on campus.
• Advises employers on on-campus recruiting strategies and tracks engagement outcomes.
• Supports employer events, career fairs and other campus recruitment initiatives.
