Job summary

The University of North Florida Board of Trustees is seeking an Industry Engagement Manager to build and manage industry partnerships, creating recruiting opportunities for UNF students and alumni. You will work closely with colleges, campus partners, and student organizations to ensure employers' hiring needs are met with exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate with corporate executives, recruiters, university leadership, faculty, staff, students, and community partners.
• Strong presentation and public-speaking skills.
• Demonstrated organizational and project-management skills.
• High level of professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Meet with employers and community partners to educate on how to engage, recruit and hire UNF students.
• Oversee relationships of employer partners across colleges and industries to ensure opportunities are available to students.
• Develop customized employer recruiting plans fitting individual partner needs.
• Coordinate employer events and campus recruiting activities.
• Track employer hiring performance and adjust strategies to maintain satisfaction.
• Advise employers on recruiting strategies to build on-campus presence.
• Oversee policies in Career Services and support professional development.
