Job summary

The University of North Florida is seeking an Industry Engagement Manager to create and grow relationships with industry partners interested in recruiting UNF students and alumni. You will collaborate with the Industry Engagement team to meet employer needs and deliver high levels of service.

You will identify new employers, manage existing partnerships, and drive initiatives to expand industry engagement across colleges, staff, faculty, and student groups.

Qualifications

• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrated relationship-management and customer-service abilities.
• Strong presentation and public-speaking skills for external meetings and events.
• Proven organizational and project-management capabilities for handling multiple employer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Meets and communicates regularly with employers and partners to engage and recruit students.
• Collaborates with UNF Industry Engagement team to translate employer needs across colleges.
• Oversees relationships with employer partners to expand opportunities for students and alumni.
• Develops customized employer recruiting plans and tracks engagement effectiveness.
• Oversees on-campus employer events, networking, and industry-focused recruiting activities.
