Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a fully accredited four-year institution or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of experience in product management, strategic marketing, and sales in the chemical and ingredients industry.
• Strong Excel skills and MS Office Suite proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Maintains effective relationships with assigned suppliers and acts as a liaison for vendor and field relations.
• Generates industry strategies based on end-market growth, financial analysis, and marketing objectives.
• Leads a team of product managers and product specialists.
• Maintains close communication with marketing, sales, and operations teams.
• Conducts in-house supplier updates to enhance industry performance, as required.
• Monitors and analyzes product sales and profitability and ensures compliance with established goals.
• Understands and practices the guiding principles.
• Performs other related duties as required.
