Collaboration with marketing, sales, and operations is essential to exceed expectations. The position requires 10+ years in product management, strategic marketing, and sales in the chemical/ingredients sector, plus strong MS Excel and database skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a fully accredited four-year institution or equivalent work experience is required.
• 10+ years in product management, strategic marketing, and sales within chemical/ingredients industries.
• Experience with MS Office Suite, especially Excel, and database experience is preferred.
• Strong collaboration across supply chain, marketing, and sales to achieve objectives.

Responsibilities

• Establish and drive industry strategy and lead PMs and product specialists.
• Maintain supplier relationships and pursue new products/vendors to optimize mix.
• Analyze sales and profitability to meet goals and compliance.
