• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• Minimum five years of related experience in partnerships, staffing, or career services.

Responsibilities

• Own and steward employer and community partner relationships with professionalism.
• Collaborate with internal partners to ensure access to pathway preparation and recruiting.
• Educate students and internal stakeholders on industry-specific approaches to job search.
• Collect and maintain data on student and alumni outcomes and employer engagement.
• Stay current with industry hiring trends.
