Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, human resources, marketing, higher education, or related field.
• Minimum of five years of related professional experience.
• Experience cultivating partnerships with diverse constituencies; staffing/recruiting or career services background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and steward relationships with current and prospective employers and community partners.
• Plan and execute educational and recruiting events on and off campus.
• Manage data systems and technology to streamline job/internship and event postings.
• Support content development for DavisConnects resources and communications.
• Guide students in career development, resumes, and interview techniques.
