Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communication, human resources, marketing, higher education, or related field.
• Minimum of five years related professional experience cultivating partnerships.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and work with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage industry/employer and community relationships with hospitality and professionalism.
• Plan and execute on-campus and off-campus events and workshops for students and employers.
• Oversee data systems for postings, internships, and events; ensure accurate reporting and insights.
• Collaborate across Colby labs, centers and institutes to align experiential learning opportunities.
