Job summary

Molex is seeking an Industrial OEM Account Manager in Lexington, KY to lead strategic account plans and drive revenue growth within Industrial OEM accounts. You will influence specifications, create demand, and position Molex as a trusted partner across harsh environment applications.

You will own customer relationships, collaborate across product management, pricing, and engineering, and manage a disciplined sales process with a robust pipeline and clear next steps. Travel accordingly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant working experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to travel throughout the US states as related to target accounts.
• Prior experience in technical sales, industrial distribution, manufacturing operations, systems integration, or an engineering firm.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop relationships across all levels of OEM accounts.
• Lead engagement to create value and influence specifications.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive account plan with a robust opportunity pipeline.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Pricing and Contracts, and Engineering resources.
