Qualifications

• Ability to coordinate technologies across programs and manage deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in executing enterprise IC and offset deliverables.
• Lead GA-ASI Business Development capture teams for new business.
• Shape customer Industrial Cooperation and Offset expectations.
• Coordinate with industry teammates to plan international cooperation and offset opportunities.
• Create business development campaign plans and manage resources for offset schedules.
• Develop progress reports, proposals, requirements, and presentations.
