Responsibilities

• Oversee development, planning and scheduling of proposals.
• Serve as primary interface for proposals with senior management, BD, engineering, production, finance and contracts.
• Compile cost, schedule and technical elements for proposals per RFP specs.
• Manage research and cost modeling to support proposals and ensure RFP compliance.
• Develop and modify proposal policies and procedures and lead strategy discussions.
• Review proposals for feasibility and manage budgets for all proposal efforts.
