Job summary

Acloché LLC is seeking a Sales Manager – Industrial & Automation in Raleigh, NC to drive growth in industrial automation across key markets. You will identify new tier-one customer segments, manage assigned accounts, and lead cross-functional efforts with product management to promote automation technologies.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering, 5+ years in industrial automation sales, and willingness to travel up to 50% (domestic and international).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required; BSEE strongly preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years selling industrial automation components (VFD, PLC, HMI, motors, servo systems).
• Direct calling sales experience preferred over go-through sales reps.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage new top-tier customer segments; build relationships at commercial and engineering levels.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned accounts; penetrate top-tier targets with cold calling while growing other revenue.
• Maintain knowledge of customer product roadmaps to uncover future opportunities; partner with product management to promote automation technologies.
• Secure revenue growth with a minimum 5% year-over-year; ensure on-time delivery and CRM forecasting.
• Travel ~50% (domestic and international) to support customers and opportunities.
