Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain, or related function.
• Experience with indirect categories (professional services, corporate services, HR services).
• Experience managing competitive sourcing events and supplier negotiations.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel including spend analysis and cost modeling.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Familiarity with commercial contracts and cross-functional collaboration with legal teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing events including RFI, RFP, and RFQ processes.
• Conduct spend analysis, supplier market research, benchmarking, and cost modeling.
• Support category strategy development through market intelligence and supplier insights.
• Manage supplier evaluations, bid analysis, negotiations, and award recommendations.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide sourcing guidance.
• Coordinate contract workflows with Legal, Risk, Security, and other internal teams.
• Maintain supplier, contract, and procurement records while tracking renewals and milestones.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and contribute to process improvements.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience

• Indirect services sourcing experience, including categories such as professional services, consulting, HR services, or facilities.
• Exposure to procurement and contract management platforms such as Coupa, SAP Ariba, Oracle, Omnea, or similar tools.
• Experience working within global or matrixed organizations.
• Professional certifications such as CPSM, MCIPS, or progress toward certification.
