Job summary

AdaptHealth, LLC is seeking a Manager of Indirect Procurement Category to develop and execute sourcing strategies across logistics, Marketing, Professional Services, Facilities and HR. The role focuses on cost-effective procurement, supplier collaboration, and value delivery for resale, customer integration and internal use.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, business, procurement or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant procurement or supply chain experience.
• Healthcare experience, preferably in HME.
• CSCP or CPSM certification preferred.
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license in state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement category-specific sourcing strategies.
• Conduct spend analyses to identify savings opportunities.
• Lead RFP/RFQ processes, supplier evaluation, and contract negotiations.
• Maintain category roadmaps with milestones and metrics.
• Monitor market trends and supplier capabilities for assigned categories.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across logistics, marketing, HR and facilities.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and HIPAA guidelines.
• Manage supplier risk and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
