Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (required).
• Active CPA license (required).
• 5+ years of progressive corporate tax compliance and/or financial reporting experience.
• Ability to pass background and drug screening requirements.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and apply indirect tax regulations across jurisdictions.
• Lead compliance and risk management for state and local taxes.
• Manage responses to tax notices, audits, and inquiries.
• Provide guidance to finance, accounting, andoperations leaders on indirect tax matters.
• Monitor regulatory changes and translate into actions for the business.
• Drive process improvements and automation in tax workflows.
• Ensure audit readiness and proper documentation.
• Support mergers and acquisitions by assessing indirect tax implications.
