Job summary

Oracle’s Global Tax Audit Organization is seeking a Senior Manager – Indirect Tax to join the team in Denver, Colorado. The role will manage complex U.S. state and global Indirect Tax audits, including interactions with tax authorities, audit responses, risk assessment, and audit-defense strategies.

The ideal candidate will have CPA/CA or equivalent, strong indirect tax and audit experience, and the ability to lead multiple time-sensitive matters in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing U.S. state and global indirect tax audits.
• Strong indirect tax and audit experience with analytical and communication skills.
• Experience in multinational or professional-services environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day U.S. state and global NIBT audits, including interactions with tax authorities and preparation of audit responses.
• Collaborate with Tax, Finance, Legal, business teams, regional tax teams and external advisors to assess audit risks and drive audits to timely closure.
