Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain/related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or commodity management.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, including leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical capabilities, data-driven decision-making and cost analysis.
• Advanced negotiation and contract management expertise.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and procurement tools.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and project leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop multi-year sourcing plans across major indirect categories.
• Evaluate market trends and supplier capabilities for indirect procurement.
• Drive total cost of ownership improvements through bidding and negotiations.

• Monitor supplier KPIs and manage risks within the indirect base.
• Lead and mentor a team of three indirect procurement professionals.
