Job summary

LogicSource, a leader in procurement services, seeks a Senior Manager, Indirect Procurement- IT to own and lead IT category strategy for client engagements. You will orchestrate sourcing initiatives, guide negotiations, and deliver measurable value through a centralized COE while building trusted advisor relationships with clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years in category management, strategic sourcing, contract lifecycle, and vendor management.
• Proven success influencing stakeholders in complex, matrixed environments.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and leading high‑value contract negotiations.
• Experience in spend analysis, total cost of ownership (TCO), and financial modeling.
• Highly skilled in diplomacy, consensus‑building, and cross‑functional leadership.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong commitment to client service and value creation.
• Polished communicator and presenter, with Excel‑based financial analysis and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Client Advisory & IT Category Leadership: serve as the primary strategic category leader and execution partner for assigned client and category or categories.
• Category Strategy & Planning: own and support development and ongoing management of category strategies, spend diagnostics, supplier landscape assessments, and risk considerations.
• Center of Excellence (COE) Orchestration: leverage a centralized COE to deliver sourcing events, negotiations, and contract execution.
• Sourcing, Negotiation & Contract Execution: create and execute go-to-market and negotiation strategies; support complex negotiations.
• Value Delivery & Performance Management: own category‑level performance including savings and risk outcomes.
• Build relationships with client stakeholders and align procurement, finance, legal, and business teams.
• Engage suppliers to drive performance, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Leadership & Practice Contribution: advance methodologies, tools, and playbooks across client engagements.
