Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or commodity management.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, including managing teams or cross-functional projects.
• Strong analytical capabilities and data-driven decision-making.
• Advanced negotiation and contract management expertise.

Responsibilities

• Develop multi-year sourcing plans across major indirect categories (IT, Facilities, MRO, Capital Equipment, Professional Services, Travel).
• Evaluate market trends and supplier capabilities to support growth and efficiency.
• Drive total cost of ownership (TCO) improvements through bidding, negotiations, and supplier consolidation.
• Deliver year-over-year cost savings aligned with financial goals.
• Build and manage strategic vendor relationships for quality, delivery, and service excellence.
• Monitor supplier KPIs, lead business reviews, and manage risks in indirect base.
• Lead and mentor a team of three indirect procurement professionals.
