Qualifications

• Strong analytical capabilities and data-driven decision making.
• Advanced negotiation and contract management expertise.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and procurement tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop multi-year sourcing plans across indirect categories.
• Evaluate market trends and supplier capabilities to support growth.
• Drive TCO improvements via bidding, negotiations, and consolidation.
• Deliver measurable year-over-year cost savings aligned with goals.
• Build and manage strategic vendor relationships for quality and delivery.
• Monitor supplier KPIs and manage risks in the indirect base.
• Lead and mentor a team of three indirect procurement professionals.
• Support cross-functional collaboration and team development.
