Job summary

Amplifon is seeking an Indirect Sourcing Manager to lead procurement initiatives across indirect spend, partnering with internal stakeholders and suppliers to drive value, efficiency, and cost savings. You will report to the Head of Procurement and act as a trusted advisor across the organization.

The role offers a hybrid work structure with relocation considerations for eligible candidates near our Texas operations and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years procurement experience or 2+ years consulting in indirect categories.
• Knowledge of procure-to-pay processes, sourcing, and contract basics.
• Experience with source-to-pay systems like Oracle, SAP, or Coupa.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end indirect sourcing activities across categories.
• Partner cross-functionally to identify and execute cost-saving initiatives.
• Lead projects across functions and geographies as a trusted procurement advisor.
• Manage PO activities, supplier master data, and procure-to-pay processes.
• Track KPIs and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
