Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Indirect sourcing within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Proven success in developing and leading strategic sourcing programs.
• Familiarity with sourcing tools and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global Indirect Sourcing Strategy.
• Lead supplier negotiations and manage complex relationships.
• Conduct market analysis and develop KPIs for sourcing.
