Job summary

Stryker's Endoscopy team is seeking a Senior Sourcing Manager (Hybrid) to lead sourcing strategies and supplier performance in a global, matrixed environment. This role partners with operations, quality, and finance to drive value and risk management, with onsite presence three days per week at Flower Mound, TX or San Jose, CA.

You will guide supplier capabilities, manage a high-performing procurement team, and execute strategies across contracts, costs, quality, and sustainability to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply management, business, finance, engineering or related field.
• 10 years in supply management focusing on strategic sourcing and supplier development.
• Financial acumen with budgeting, modeling and ROI analysis.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement and cost reduction methods.
• Strong knowledge of supplier processes and supply chain risk.
• Proven negotiations skills for commercial contracts including QAA.
• Experience in supplier contract strategy, negotiations and administration.
• Travel: 20–30%, including international travel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to the Business Unit SLT, shaping sourcing strategies and risk management.
• Drive strategic sourcing initiatives delivering cost, quality, delivery, and sustainability outcomes.
• Partner cross-functionally with Finance and Operations to align supplier strategies with business goals.
• Anticipate industry and macroeconomic trends to evolve sourcing roadmaps.
• Champion supplier performance management and build long-term capability.
• Leverage global contracts to maximize value and mitigate risk.
• Lead adoption of sourcing strategies and drive measurable ROI.
• Balance multiple sourcing initiatives and stakeholder needs in a fast-paced environment.
