Job summary

JM Family Enterprises is seeking a Senior Buyer to manage strategic sourcing and procurement for indirect spend. You will lead supplier sourcing events, competitive bids, and contract negotiations to deliver value for the business.

Collaborate with Category Managers and stakeholders to understand requirements, drive supplier performance, and mitigate risk while leveraging SAP Ariba, Coupa, and MS Office tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive sourcing and procurement experience supporting indirect spend categories.
• Strong negotiation skills and understanding of price/cost analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop category expertise through market analysis with internal SMEs.
• Lead RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, and Reverse Auctions and guide client teams through sourcing and selection.
• Review supplier performance and ensure compliance with contracts and pricing agreements.
• Negotiate and execute Master Service Agreements and Statements of Work.
• Maintain and grow supplier relationships to support procurement pipeline.
