Job summary

DSJ Global is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead sourcing across direct and indirect spend for a manufacturing environment. This role will drive cost savings, supplier performance, and operational excellence, while mentoring an on-site team and partnering with stakeholders to execute RFIs, RFPs, and supplier evaluations in a collaborative matrix organization.

Ideal candidate brings 8+ years of procurement experience and a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with strong leadership and ERP

Qualifications

• 8+ years of procurement, sourcing, purchasing, or related business experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with ERP systems and procurement technologies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement activities supporting manufacturing operations and ensuring timely, cost-effective results.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies across assigned spend categories.
• Analyze spend data, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement strategic sourcing initiatives.
• Negotiate contracts, supplier agreements, and commercial terms.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to an on-site procurement team.
• Manage supplier performance, strategic relationships, and continuous improvement programs.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to support sourcing projects, RFIs, RFPs, supplier evaluations, and business cases.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, sustainability goals, and procurement best practices.
