SWM International is seeking an Indirect Buyer to manage procurement across its US facilities, including two manufacturing locations and the corporate office. You will source, negotiate and contract for indirect categories such as MRO, shared services and capital expenditures.

This role requires strong analytics, supplier management and cost‑reduction skills, with emphasis on compliance, risk mitigation and sustainable procurement practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain or related field required.
• 3–5 years of procurement experience in manufacturing, focus on indirect categories.
• Experience sourcing, negotiating, and contracting indirect supplies.
• ERP/MRP experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute procurement strategies to drive cost savings and supplier performance.
• Issue and manage purchase orders with accuracy and timely delivery.
• Lead RFIs, RFQs and bid events to secure best-value service.
• Ensure compliance with policies, legal requirements and sustainability goals.
• Monitor supplier performance via KPIs, audits and scorecards.
• Support budgeting and forecasting for indirect spend categories.
