SWM International is seeking an Indirect Buyer to manage procurement across US facilities, including two manufacturing locations and the corporate office. You will source, negotiate, and contract for MRO, shared services and capital expenditures, while driving value and supplier performance.

The role requires 3–5 years in indirect procurement within manufacturing, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and a focus on sustainability and compliance with company policies.

• Strong written and verbal communications skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Develop and execute procurement strategies to drive cost savings and supplier performance.
• Issue and manage purchase orders ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Perform RFIs, RFQs, negotiations and bid events for best-value service.
• Monitor supplier performance via KPIs, audits and corrective actions.
• Support budgeting and forecasting for indirect spend categories.
