Motion Industries is seeking a Buyer – Indirect Procurement to support enterprise-wide sourcing and supplier management for Corporate Services. The role will lead contract reviews, renegotiations, and new supplier agreements with cross-functional partners, ensuring policy compliance and risk management.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in procurement, strong negotiation and analytical skills, and proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Procurement, or related field.
• 5+ years of procurement, sourcing, contract management, or strategic purchasing experience in a corporate setting.
• Strong experience negotiating indirect procurement agreements and commercial terms.
• Experience managing supplier contract reviews, renewals, and renegotiations.
• Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP/procurement systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract reviews and supplier renegotiations to optimize pricing and service terms.
• Draft, coordinate, and execute new supplier agreements with Legal, Finance, Risk, and stakeholders.
• Develop category strategies for Corporate Services spend across multiple sub-categories.
• Conduct RFx events, supplier evaluations, benchmarking analyses, and TCO assessments.
• Monitor contract expiration timelines and manage renewal strategies.
• Build and manage supplier relationships while maintaining competitive tension and accountability.
• Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Accounts Payable, Finance, and Compliance to align needs with procurement policies.
• Analyze spend data and supplier performance to support decision-making and governance.
