IPEX is seeking a Buyer, Indirect based in Lynchburg, VA. You will lead strategic sourcing, supplier management, and contract administration for indirect goods across multiple facilities.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing.
• Experience sourcing indirect goods in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Advanced Excel skills; Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
• Experience with ERP, purchasing or spend analysis systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for indirect spend categories to achieve cost savings and supplier performance objectives.
• Manage full sourcing lifecycle: supplier identification, RFQ/RFPs, negotiations, and supplier selection.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, SLAs and terms to maximize value and total cost of ownership.
• Support contract lifecycle management including renewals and compliance monitoring.
• Prepare procurement reports and dashboards to support leadership decisions.
